The man behind the curtain at Future Pro Live, Neil is both a passionate hockey coach of 20 years and a web guru. 

He is President & CTO of Lucidus Corporation, a leading internet application development & hosting company based in Keene, New Hampshire. Giarratana served on Governor John Lynch's Task Force for the Recruitment and Retention of a Young Work Force for New Hampshire and served as the inaugural chair for the Keene Young Professionals Network. Named by BusinessNH Magazine as one of the "25 Leaders for the Future," he speaks regularly at conferences throughout North America.

Prior to founding Lucidus, Neil led an award winning consulting team for Lockheed Martin that specialized in building prototype information portals for the CIA and other intelligence organizations. 

He and his wife are now "living the dream" of raising their two boys in the quintessential New England town of Keene, New Hampshire. (His son Tyler was featured in Sports Illustrated Kids Magazine (May 2010) with a FuturePro "No Rebounds" sticker on his mask).
